A community coordinator will base on village level and 6 or 7 village operator cluster of a block then she or he will response on target for the project and formation or nurturing of shgsto next step is basic training, managing operations to community support cadres then facilitating to micro plan and bank linkages of shgs and supervising cif utilization and conflict resolution to the community levels.
