Union Public Service Commission invites applications ONLINE from interested Candidates for the following Posts.  These Posts are in Group ‘A’ in Grade-V of Junior Time Scale JTS of Central Labour Service CLS. Organized Service. The posts are permanent.

Name of the Post : Assistant Labour Commissioner (Central) / Assistant Welfare Commissioner(Central)/ Assistant Labour Welfare Commissioner (Central)/ Assistant Director

No. of Posts : 57 Posts (UR – 29 ; OBC – 19 ; SC – 06 ; ST – 03)

Pay Scale : PB – 3, Rs. 15,600 – 39,100/- + GP  Rs.5,400/-

Essential Qualification : i)  Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.  ii)  Diploma in Social Work/Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management/Labour Law from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent.

Desirable Qualification : Degree in law from a recognized University
Age Limit : 35 years (Relaxation : SC/ST – 5 yrs ; OBC – 3 yrs)
Probation Period : Two years
Mode of Selection : Written Test (Objective Multiple Choice) followed by Interview
Application fee : Rs.25/- for General and OBC Candidates. ( NO fee for SC/ST/PH/Women candidates of any community) – by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card.
How to Apply : Candidates are required to apply ONLINE. After submitting the Online Recruitment Application (ORA), the candidates are not required to send any Document or Certificate or Printout of Application initially to the Commission, However, he/she should essentially retain the Printout of the Online Recruitment Application (ORA) finally submitted for submission to the Commission along with relevant Documents/ Certificates on demand, in case he/she qualifies in the Recruitment Test.
